  I switched to Verizon back in May 2017. The promotion was going on where I could switch for free from ATT. I just got a bill from a collection agency stating that my bill was never paid. I took the steps that my sales women told me to do and Verizon is now stating that she didn't give me the pepper steps... but now because the promo is over they can't do anything to help me. So now I have a bill for over$500 in collections I'm just now finding out about. Thanks for nothing #verizonwireless, that's some quality integrity. I regret making the change. I didn't mind paying more for quality... but this is rediculous!
